Aug. 19, 1667, and surviving him, m. secondly, Jan. 11, 1721-22, Capt. Joseph Herrick of Beverly, Mass. Capt. Theophilus Cushing d. 7 Jan. 1717-18, aet. 61st yr. In his will, dated 3 Jan. 1717-18, gives " to wife Mary, thirty-two shares in the second part of 3d division in Cohasset; also land at 'Planters' Hill;' my quick stock, all my movables, and the improvement of my whole Cashing. 153 estate while she remains a widow ; afterwards to go to sons Theophi lus and Seth when they become of age.
